Welcome to athina’s
athina’s is a professional service for visual artists and art lovers. We consider art and society as mutually interacting living organisms rather than a melting pot that produces a uniform cultural mass. One supports the other and both evolve. Visual art is here:

Based on an idea from Athina Papagianni the website focuses on 20th and 21st century European art and culture and is designed as a “point-to-point” space connecting visual artists and art lovers. Through our community, social media, and email newsletters, we provide art enthusiasts with personally researched information about artists, their latest work, and projects. Artists have the opportunity to build their community step by step, to identify the individually ” matching”, value-adding clientele, to position their work in society, to inspire and to be inspired.
I would like to thank all those who, with their valuable advice, encouragement and understanding, have helped me to realize the idea, once conceived in my student days, of such a mutually enriching and value bringing connection between artists and art lovers.
